A systems oriented role that will serve as the operational backbone of PISM+PRIM, creating seamless experiences for clients, participants, partners, and stakeholders.

Candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree required, at least three to five years of relevant experience, strong project management skills, and experience with CRM systems, data tracking, reporting, and client service.
Future part time opportunityYouth Development Associate
Boston hybrid · 20 to 25 hours · Anticipated rate $28 to $35 per hour
A highly interactive support role helping deliver youth cohorts, strengthen participant engagement, coordinate mentorship activities, and support recruitment and program logistics.

Candidate profile

Boston hybrid · 15 to 25 hours · Anticipated rate $28 to $38 per hour
A relationship centered role supporting community outreach, partnership management, network development, stakeholder engagement, civic participation, and events.

Candidate profile
Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree in progress, or equivalent experience, plus at least one to three years in community engagement, outreach, customer relations, event coordination, nonprofit work, or workforce development.
