PISM+PRIM was created for young people entering adulthood with ambition, education, and potential, but without a clear roadmap, trusted guidance, or equal access to opportunity.

Talent was never the issue.

The real gaps were mentorship, exposure, confidence, relationships, guidance, access, and the systems designed to support growth.

I grew up in Boston and became the first person in my family to graduate from college. I had ambition, a psychology degree, and a genuine desire to make an impact, but I did not have a clear roadmap for what was supposed to come next.

My path took me through education, youth services, behavioral health, nonprofit organizations, financial services, community development, and executive leadership. Across every setting, I saw versions of the same challenge: capable people trying to move forward without enough guidance, exposure, relationships, or access.

The issue was rarely a lack of talent, drive, intelligence, or ambition.

PISM+PRIM grew from that lived experience. I created the kind of developmental support I wish I had received, while also helping the professionals and institutions around young people become more intentional about how they prepare, guide, and invest in them.

This work is personal to me because I know what it feels like to have potential and still need someone to help you understand how to use it.

Developing the Person

PISM focuses on youth and emerging adults as they navigate identity, independence, education, career decisions, relationships, finances, leadership, and their place in the world.

The work goes beyond traditional career readiness. Young people strengthen self awareness, confidence, voice, communication, self advocacy, leadership identity, mentorship relationships, professional networks, and readiness for adulthood and the workforce.

The goal is not simply to help young people find something they can do. It is to help them understand who they are and intentionally navigate what comes next.

PRIM focuses on the institutions, professionals, and systems surrounding young people, including schools, colleges, community organizations, employers, mentors, and workforce partners.

We help partners identify gaps and strengthen pathways around mentorship, professional exposure, workforce development, leadership, partnerships, and access to opportunity.

PISM develops the person. PRIM strengthens the pathway.
