PISM+PRIM began with a first generation professional navigating the space between ambition and access, then recognizing that the same gap exists for people, organizations, and communities.
The founder story
Boston roots. Purpose shaped through experience.
The journey began in Boston and continued through college as the first in the family to earn a bachelor’s degree. Education created opportunity, but the transition into a professional career still required guidance, confidence, exposure, and a language that had never been inherited.
Across education, behavioral health, youth services, nonprofit leadership, and corporate environments, one pattern remained constant. The issue was rarely talent. The issue was access to mentorship, strong systems, and intentional investment.
PISM+PRIM Consulting was created to address both sides of that challenge. PISM develops the person. PRIM strengthens the system. Together, they create clearer pathways for people to grow and for organizations to build lasting impact.
