A message from the founder
I created what I once needed.
Rho Singletary
Founder and Principal Consultant
I was the first person in my family to graduate from college. I entered adulthood with ambition, education, and potential, but without a clear roadmap for how to turn any of it into a meaningful career and life.
My journey through youth services, behavioral health, financial services, community development, and executive leadership showed me that talent is rarely the problem. What is often missing is guidance, exposure, confidence, relationships, and access to people who can help make the path clearer.
PISM+PRIM is the work I wish had existed when I was finding my own way. It is also my commitment to helping young people move forward with greater intention while helping the institutions around them become stronger partners in that journey.

What we are building now
Boston youth deserve more than a roadmap handed to them at the last minute.
PISM+PRIM is developing its first youth and emerging adulthood pilot partnerships across Boston. The goal is to bring whole person development, mentorship, leadership, and career exposure to young people before they are expected to make major decisions about their futures.
